  This German-American inn - established in the 1930s - has a warm, vintage feel. The bar is decorated with wood trim and stained glass, and, upon being seated, diners are presented with a relish tray, which includes liver pate, cheese and salads. Specialties include fried lake perch, prime ribs, sauerbraten and jagerschnitzel (pan-fried pork with mushrooms and brown gravy). Desserts include strudel and cheesecake.

Hours: 4-10 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday; noon-8 p.m. Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday
